MTM can follow up ALL the strategic and practical issues of a distribution channel:
- Introduce the catalogue and promote it through the distributors.
- Show and demonstrate the products to the retailers and dealers. MTM, for example, has a long relationship with the most important superstores chains in Italy, such as MediaMarkt, Auchan, Coop, UniEuro (Dixons), Euronics, Gamestop, etc.
- List the products in the Retailers systems and negotiate the seasonal and promotional catalogues.
- Manage stock & supply chain through the distributors, taking care of the purchasing made by the distributors.
