SAMPLES COLLECTION, SNAPSHOT AND DELIVERY

Very often there is a continuous up and down of samples between the different factories and the purchasing offices of Western manufacturers. This procedure is very expensive because the deliveries are made with express forwarders and because there is a big delay between the departure and the arrival of the samples. Our clients collects all the samples in our office in South of China (one day or same day delivery service). We immediately provide a digital and high definition snapshot of each samples and we delivery to the final destination only the selected and confirmed items in accord with the client’s instructions.

QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

We can also organize a QC (Quality Control) and QA (Quality Assurance) services moving our staff to the production factories. With QA we assure to our clients the existence and effectiveness of procedures that attempt to make sure, in advance, that the expected levels of quality will be reached. QA Service will cover all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation. Our QC will ensure products or services are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer requirements.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY INSPECTION

Our Chinese and Italian personnel is also experienced in production procedures. Thanks to our central location in Guangdong province, we can easily reach whatever factories here located and inspect the goods in less than three hours from client’s request. Mistakes by Chinese factories are always possible and very frequently we solve problems that, if discovered at destination, could represent a damage for our clients.

LOGISTIC MANAGING ON SEA, AIR AND EXPRESS DELIVERIES

Our staff is skilled in organizing deliveries by sea in LCL or FCL and by air. We can provide to our clients contracts with the most important forwarders directly negotiated from China at lowest costs. In adding we can directly be in touch with the departure branches and custom offices to solve all matters and speed up the deliveries especially in the critical moments of traffic jam. From China we can also provide Express Delivery service with the most important forwarders (TNT, DHL, etc.) at a very competitive prices.

INVOICING AND FINANCING ADMINISTRATION

Many of our clients prefer to concentrate all their purchases in few suppliers. This ensure them cost savings in accounting and finance administration. In adding we allow our clients to transfer to MTM Technology the managing and responsibility for organizing the deliveries and all the connected documentation up to the FOB delivery.
Not less important is the collection and verification of all the necessary certifications for safety, environment protection and production procedure that now are mandatory in all the Western countries (CE, ROHS, etc.).
Some of our clients can also be interested to move part of their profit in R&D directly in China without passing through the very complicate and expensive procedures in Europe and America. Thanks to the different and more competitive taxation policy of Hong Kong we can provide our clients to allocate funds for future developments.
