If they are established in the few areas called SEZ (as Zhuhai), HTDZ, FTZ or ETDZ and others and if they are Export Oriented or Technologically Advanced Status can achieve a very low taxation, sometimes much lower than other countries famous to be Fiscal Paradise and for this reason inserted in the Taxation Black List by the Western Governments. China instead is fully recognized by all the countries with matching credits fully legalized.
